How do I add a credit card to my account?

If you need to change your payment method to credit card or wish to setup a recurring payment, you can add a credit card to your account.

  1. Login to your client area (
  2. Select Hello, Name' from the navigation menu and then 'Manage Credit Card' from the drop down menu.
  3. From the following page you can edit/delete your existing credit card or add a new one.

If your card is being declined, please contact our billing department by submitting a ticket for assistance.
